- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- ~2 tbsp white sugar
- 1c ice
- 1.5 oz white rum (such as Bacardi)
- 1/2c club soda
Rim glass with salt. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into glass; crush to release lime juice and mint oils. Add two more lime wedges and the sugar and crush again to release lime juice. Do not strain.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice & fill the glass with club soda. Garnish with remaining lime wedge.
